• 2007 Ratings for selected states should be ready by mid-September.
• Ratings are updated Monday evenings, since data collection takes time. Your patience is appreciated.
• Not all states are rated. This may be due to a lack of financial sponsor, or difficulty obtaining accurate and timely data.
• If you or your business would like to sponsor a state's ratings, let me know.
• If you would like to provide data for your state, let me know.
• Thanks to everyone who has helped provide data, either personally, or by making it available online.
• If you notice any mistakes, let me know. If possible, provide a reference so I can confirm the correction.
• Preseason values are based on the previous season, and will gradually be phased out as the current season progresses.
• Isolated groups of teams may rated separately because there is no basis to compare them with everyone else.
• Postseason predictions may not be available for all states, depending on the facility of entering schedules, and whether or not the ratings for that state are financially supported.
